Chad Marshall Named To Louisville Slugger Freshman All American Team!
So impressive at every aspect of the game as a Terrier alumni, Chad Marshall has continued his outstanding play at the NCAA Division 1 College level as a member of the Stony Brook Seawolves.
They are the 2008 America East Conference Champions. That championship got the Seawolves a trip to the NCAA tournament in Arizona. Quite a tremendous experience for the freshman infielder from Paris. And today Chad was named to the Louisville Slugger Freshman All American Team.
Marshall hit a solid .329 with six doubles, a triple and twenty rbi's.
Chad is a great team mate and an excellent student at the highly academic university on Long Island.
The entire Terriers organization congratulates Chad and his family on this accomplishment and wishes him best of luck in his future college career. Alumni like Chad continue to pave the way for future Terriers who have college baseball aspirations.
