16U Blue Move To 2-1 At Midwest Championship
After falling behind 3-0 in the top of the first inning, the Terriers stormed back with three runs of their own in the bottom half of the inning.

Sharan Rasan led off the inning with a double to right centre field, Drew Dickerson followed with a base on balls and Stefan Markovic doubled scoring both players. Milton Palomino then singled scoring Markovic and tying the game. The Terriers fell behind again 6-3 before mounting a comeback with two runs in the third inning and five runs in the fifth inning. In the third Dickerson and Mitchell Bond singled, Markovic then walked to load the bases. Palomino singled scoring Dickerson and this followed by another single by Matt Vollmer getting the Terriers in reach at 6-5.They went ahead in the fifth with four straight hits by Dickerson, Bond (2B), Markovoic and Palomino. All four eventually scored along with Elliot Curtis who contributed with a clutch two out double. Elliot Curtis garnered the win with 4 1/3 inning of relief.
