Jakubowski Headed To Sioux Falls
Submitted By Dan Thompson on Monday, February 16, 2015
The Terriers organization would like to congratulate the Jakubowski family on their son Duncan's recent commitment to the University of Sioux Falls. Duncan is a RHP and his 6'2" 205lb frame ‎is an imposing presence on the mound. His fast ball is heavy and projects to be in the high 80's by the time he lands on campus later this year. The University of Sioux Falls is in South Dakota and the Cougars compete in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.

It is the second largest NCAA D2 conference in the nation. Their schedule takes them through Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, Colorado and California. Duncan works very hard on and off the field. He is an honour student at Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School in Oakville, and has also played on the varsity baseball team every year. His career started as a 10 year old in Oakville Little League and eventually became a member of the inaugural Terriers 15u team three years ago. Duncan will be studying honours biology at USF.
