Terriers 18U Win Opening Game Of The Senior Send-Off Tournament
The Senior Terriers opened up their tournament with a 10-3 win over the Ontario Outlaws. Alex Wall pitched 5 strong innings for the win while Christian Pandoff closed the game with two scoreless innings. After surrendering three runs in the top of the third inning the Terriers offence bounced back with eight runs of their own in the bottom half of the inning. Jack Omstead led off with a walk, followed by Jacob Martins who was hit by a pitch.

Joe Tevlin followed with a double scoring Omstead. Ryan Giberson then walked and Dreyden Sloat singled driving in the second run. Justin Wamboldt walked with the bases loaded scoring another run. Ethan Jodouin followed with a sacrifice fly and Reagan Manley singled in another run. Wil Hotta singled which was followed by Elliott Curtis’ bases clearing double to round out the scoring. The Terriers added single runs in both the fifth and sixth innings. Wil Hotta singled in Ethan Jodouin who had earlier walked in the fifth inning and Joe Tevlin hit a mammoth solo home run to right centre field in the sixth. The Terriers continue play on Friday matching up against the Windsor Selects at 3:00 pm.
