Top Gun Ws Update... 17U Terriers Spli

At the Top Gun World Series in Akron Ohio on Friday the 17U Terriers split a pair of games and will advance to championship play Saturday afternoon. Game one resulted in a 9-5 victory over the T3 Rays. Once again the offense was spread throughout the line up with two hit games from Jamal Armstrong, Cristian Forgione, George Tsiflikiotis and Max Von Gemmingen. Cristian, George and Max‎ also had two RBIs each.

Singles and RBI went to Matthew Kemp and Jordan Rapier. On the mound, Sebastian Santos fired five innings, struck out six and walked just one. He was relieved ‎by Matthew Kemp who rounded out the final two innings. Matthew struck out two. The Terriers dropped game two on the day by a 4-3 score to Premier Baseball Ohio.
