Lhp Zach Bayfield Commits To Oberlin College

Congratulations to the Bayfield family on their son Zach's recent commitment to Oberlin College in Ohio. ‎Zach is an excellent student athlete who has been on the academic honour roll at St. Michael's College from grades nine through twelve. He sports a 3.8 GPA and he will be studying Economics at Oberlin College. Oberlin College was founded în 1833 and is the oldest coeducational liberal arts college în the United States.

The beautiful campus is home to 2900 students. The Yeomen baseball team compete in the NCAA North Coast Athletic Conference. Their schedule takes them through Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania. The Yeomen captured their first NCAC crown in 2015. This past summer with the Terriers Zach started the championship final game at the USSSA 17U tournament in Michigan and came away a winner. He also pitched in relief at the NTN Tournament of Champions final game and bagged another championship with the 18U Terriers. Zach is also a three time CISAA Conference Champion at St. Michaels‎. Best of luck to Zach in all of his future academic and athletic endeavours.
