Cristian Forgione Signs Letter Of Intent With St. Lawrence University
Terriers catcher Cristian Forgione signed his NCAA Letter of Intent this week and will be off to St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York next fall. Congratulations to the Forgione family on this outstanding accomplishment by their son Cristian. The St. Lawrence Saints compete in the Liberty League but open their annual campaign in Fort Myers Florida each March. On the academic side, St. Lawrence University is a private four year liberal arts college.

The stunning campus is home to 2400 students‎ and was established in 1856. Cristian currently attends high school at Royal St. Georges College. ‎He is an honours student, the captain of the varsity baseball team and was named MVP last year. Over the past two seasons with the Terriers, Cristian has been an excellent team mate and is a solid defender. He possesses above average catching skills and has done an outstanding job managing the pitching staff. At the plate he is a tough out, as both gaps are part of his offensive arsenal. Last year Cristian also competed in Oklahoma at the prestigious JR Sunbelt Tournament. Cristian will be studying Business and Economics at St. Lawrence University.
