Terriers Fall 7-5 To Phcc
After spending Wednesday at Universal Studios in Orlando, the Terriers were back in action today versus Patrick Henry CC(Va). LHP Nathan Linseman had the ball and pitched four solid innings.

His day was complete on early season pitch count, leaving the game when it was tied 2-2. Matt Loughridge came on in relief in the fifth and gave up 2 runs due to shabby Terrier defense. The Patriots tacked on another run in the sixth to take a 5-2 lead. The game got close in the bottom of the sixth when Chad Marshall lead off with a double, followed by a Jeff Skelhorne-Gross RBI single. He later scored on a Brent Mitchell sac fly. Evan Kipfer hit a ground rule double RBI later in the inning scoring Joel Stubbs, who had walked. Unfortunately Patrick Henry rallied for two more runs in the top of the seventh for the 7-5 victory. Four more games remain on the spring break trip. In Friday's DH, Steve Harley throws game one versus Rhode Island and Shaun Hancock, game two versus Delaware Tech. The competition Saturday will be Oakton CC and Rhode Island.
