Fall Schedule – King’s Christian Collegiate

Terrier teams practice at King’s Christian Collegiate turf field. We have local exhibitions and travel weekend games in North America. These senior team trips allow players to bond with new teammates and showcase their talents against U.S. colleges.

Extended Fall – The Baseball Zone

In October, all Terriers are tested by The Performance Lab for strength and functionality. These results are analyzed by leading-edge bio-mechanists and translated to create individual strength programs. These programs protect the athlete from injury and maximize their functional power output. In November and December, Terriers lay their foundation of strength training. The players can access The Training Zone facility (TTZ) at the Baseball Zone. The TTZ is available Monday through Saturday for all Terriers to train.

Winter Program – The Baseball Zone

The winter program, beginning in mid-January, consists of comprehensive instructional workouts. The Terriers staff focuses on hitting, pitching, catching, and defensive techniques. Athletes continue to build on their strengths.

March Break – Florida

One of the highlights of The Terrier’s travel schedule is our annual spring trip to Florida. All four Terriers teams fly (not bus) to Florida for eight days during March Break. This week will consist of practices and games versus U.S. high school-age programs and U.S. college teams (18U). The players are supervised, with all travel, accommodations, and meals included. Players’ families often coordinate their vacation with the team’s schedule but are not required to go with their players.

Spring Schedule – CPBL

Spring is a time to put the winter training to the test. We practice outdoors and play league games at our state-of-the-art $1.7M turf field. This artificial turf allows us to play outside before any other organization. Terriers play in The Premier Baseball League of Ontario (CPBL). The CPBL boasts the highest number of players going to post-secondary schools as student-athletes. League games begin at the end of April and continue through June. A playoff championship takes place at the end of July.

Summer Schedule – U.S. Tournaments

Once high school exams are complete, and players have maintained a minimum of 70%, we begin our highly competitive summer schedule. Terriers participate in U.S. tournaments, competing against top baseball programs. This provides players with significant exposure to college coaches, recruiters, and professional scouts. Like our Florida trip, the teams stay at trademark hotels with travel, accommodation, and meals included.
