Terriers Trounce T-Birds To Win 12Th Straight
After having a weekend off for the Ontario Youth Team tryouts, the Terriers got right back to business and showed no signs of rust. The offense struck early and often staking pitcher Billy Martin to a 7-0 lead after just two innings. The big blow came off the bat of cleanup hitter Brian Burton a monster two run blast over the left center field fence. Billy Martin cruised through his outing giving way to right hander Tyler Fischer late in the game, to wrap up the 12-2 victory.

They combined for 10 strikeouts. Jeff Skelhorne-Gross, Chad Marshall and Nathan Linseman all had multiple hit games for the Terriers. Next up, a four game set on the weekend at Riverside Park in Cambridge versus Team Ontario. Brad Furdal and Nathan Linseman will be the Saturday starters followed by Billy Martin and Tyler Fischer on Sunday.
