16U Terriers Win Over Badgers
The Junior Terriers walked away with an 8-3 win over the London Badgers at Labatt Park on Tuesday night.

The win improves the Terriers record to 5-0. In his first start of the season, Alex Halayko pitched five solid innings, giving up 4 hits while striking out three. Halayko turned the ball over to London product Jake Zuk who closed out the final two innings with three strikeouts of his own. Offensively, Brian Doran, Brendan Hutchings and Adam Godo led the way with 2 hits apiece, while Cole Peragine, Ron Breutigam, Matt Falkner and Blair GIgnac each had one. Next up for the Terriers is a 4 game set against Team Ontario. Games one and two take place Saturday at Dobkin Park in Mississauga while games three and four are at Kirkey Field in Pickering.
