18S Win Thriller Over South Florida
The Terriers got their first win of March Break with a come from behind 8-7 win over South Florida BB. After allowing a four run fourth inning, the Terriers trailed 5-0. Matt Betts was on the mound and had only allowed three hits but was getting no help from shabby defensive play behind him. The Terriers got their act together in the bottom half of the fourth, with a four run rally lead by Christian Fearon, Brandon Dailey, Brian Doran and Mattingly Romanin.

They would pull ahead in the fifth with two more runs courtesy of hits from Jordon Mountford, Simon Clarke and Orion Katayama. Unfortunately, the 7-5 lead was short lived as South Florida would tie it up in the sixth. Lead off hitter Christian Fearon lead off the bottom of the sixth with a bunt single then advanced to third on a botched attempted pick off. Cole Peragine was next up and came through with a sac fly to center field, scoring Fearon. Cole also closed out the game on the mound. The Terriers had 10 hits in the 8-7 victory.
