16U Terriers Record Climbs To 12-2
The 16U Terriers swept the Oakville Royals in a double header at 9th Line Park with winning scores of 9-3 and 11-2. Lefty Justin Carroll started game one and pitched 4 strong innings. Nick Wideman came in for the last 3 innings on the mound. In game two, Justin Heller pitched 5 solid innings and Wes Siekris came on to close it out. With the game tied 2-2 in the top of the 4th inning, the Jr. Dogs exploded for 8 runs on 3 hits including a base clearing triple by Zach Choy.

Infielder Tyler Young continued to swing a hot bat with multiple hits. The 16U Terriers close out their Fall schedule this Friday with the Championship game from the Brawl in the Fall (rain out) against the Toronto Mets. Game time is 7:30 PM at 9th Line.
