Terriers Join Premier Baseball Of America…
The Terriers are pleased to announce it has joined the prestigious American Premier Baseball Association.
At the recent Annual General Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada the 22 existing members unanimously approved the Terriers application into the association. The Terriers were only one of two members accepted into the APBA this year. The Terriers join other well known high performance programs such as Team New York, Indiana Bulls, Cincy Flames, DBAT Mustangs, Rawlings Baseball, Arizona Clash and Houston Heat.
Tom Colangelo, general manager of the 17U team remarked, “The Junior National Championship in Joplin, Missouri is one the most heavily scouted tournaments I have ever attended. Tournaments are also held in Dallas, Texas; Cincinnati, Ohio and for the first time next year at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. I am thrilled that we are part of such an outstanding organization that has sent scores of players to the major leagues and hundreds of players to US universities.”
Premier Baseball is an aggregation of baseball organizations that have been in existence for a number of years and have achieved a high level of success on the field. Each organization has the welfare and advancement of its players as its main focus. Premier was formed to assist in that goal.
