Srs Win Game Three 7-4
Outstanding pitching and timely hitting was the recipe for a Terriers 7-4 victory over Fergus Falls CC (MN) on Sunday. Right handed pitcher Alexander Gagne, who is on loan from the Ottawa-Nepean Canadians got the start and put in three solid innings of work. The Terriers lead 3-2 at the time. All three runs came courtesy of a clutch bases loaded, three RBI double by Brian Doran in the second inning.

Jordon Mountford, Steve Jannetta and Blair Gignac all scored on the right center field shot. Gagne's day ended with a great defensive play by David Head, snuffing a Spartan rally in the third. Right hander Eric Hall came on in the fourth and got the game to the seventh for Zach Webster to close out. Eric pitched out of a bases loaded jam in the sixth, with a strike out of the Fergus Falls cleanup hitter. Simon Clarke and Tom Byckowski both had two hits as part of the Terriers ten hit assault. Nathan Desouza, David Head, Mattingly Romanin and Cole Pergine also had base hits. Games for all three teams continue Tuesday.
