Bet-Payumo Off To Oklahoma
Submitted By Dan Thompson on Saturday, April 16, 2011
Congratulations to Averey Bet- Payumo who has committed to Oklahoma Panhandle State University. Averey will begin classes this September when he arrives on the Goodwell Oklahoma campus. Averey's 6'5", 212 lb frame will be an imposing roster addition to the Aggies lineup. Since joining the Terriers last fall, Bet-Payumo has displayed tremendous power, with multiple homers at the Laurier tournament, in Quebec and during spring training in Tampa Florida.

He has also chaulked up several solid innings of work on the mound. The Aggies play in the NCAA D2 Heartland Conference which was founded in 1999. It currently consists of eight schools, five from Texas, and one each from Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma. Averey will be studying Business and Administration at OPSU. Best of luck with your college career Averey !
