David Head Commits To Northeastern Jc In Colorado
Terriers SR third baseman David Head will be off to Sterling Colorado this fall to begin his college career. In a conversation with Plainsmen recruiting coordinator Trevor Varley this week, David committed to the NJCAA Division 1 school. David is an excellent athlete that possesses tremendous leadership skills. He is also extremely versatile. He can play both infield corner positions, pitch and catch.

David hits in the heart of the Terriers lineup and was outstanding in Florida and during the opening weekend of the PBLO. The Plainsmen recruit nationally and have players from Arizona, South Dakota, Nevada, Wyoming, Idaho and Puerto Rico. They also have a recruit from Australia. David will round out the roster's international flavor! Northeastern's highly competative schedule takes them to Kansas, Nebraska, and Texas. Sterling Colorado is located north east of Denver. The campus is home to 4,000 students and despite the small student population the Plainsmen are perennially nationally ranked in basketball, volleyball and baseball. We are very proud of David and wish him continued success !
