Srs Down Team Ontario 12-9
After splitting their DH with Team Ontario on Saturday, the SR Terriers came back from a 6-1 deficit and rolled to a 12-9 victory on Sunday morning. By the end of three innings Team Ontario had chaulked up 6 runs, as shabby team defense let Terriers starter Brock Beirness down. The Terriers began to mount their comeback in the top of the fourth when walks to Steve Jannetta, Luke Sinclair and a single by Blair Gignac set up a bases loaded situation.

All three would eventually score on singles by Cole Peragine, Brian Doran and a sac fly by David Head. Team Ontario answered with a run off reliever Bruce Yari in the bottom of the fourth to make the score 7-5 in this back and forth affair. The Terriers rallied again in the top of the fifth with four more runs to take the lead for good. With the bases loaded, the big blow came off the bat of right fielder Brian Doran. Brian ripped a hanging breaking ball to the fence in right to score Sinclair, Gignac and Peragine. He would later score on a Nathan Desouza single. Mattingly Romanin, Blair Gignac, Nathan Desouza and David Head all had two hits in this one. David also picked up the save.
