Brandon Dailey Gets Promoted
Submitted By Dan Thompson on Tuesday, August 30, 2011
Congratulations to Terrier alumni Brandon Dailey who was promoted from the Arizona Reds Rookie Ball team to their 'A' affiliate in Dayton Ohio. Brandon has been hitting lead off and sports a .390 on base percentage. He has five doubles, five triples, twenty- six RBI and a homer. He takes his .299 average to the Dayton Dragons where he'll join his old Terrier team mate, Mitch Clarke ! Brandon spent three years with the Terriers after graduating from his Dad's Brantford bantam team.

In his final year Dailey captained the 18u Terriers, and also played for Team Canada at the 2010 World Jr. Baseball Championship. Brandon also represented Ontario at the Canada Cup, where he won top defensive player at the tournament. Further, as a 17 year old, he played shortstop for Ontario at the Canada Summer Games, a 19u event. Best of luck to Brandon as he continues his professional baseball career.
