Petersburg, FL - Terriers center fielder Toby Handley capped off an incredible week in Florida with a five hit performance versus the University of Tampa B team. The SR Terriers erupted for 22 hits and came away with a 16-5 win in the nine inning contest. Dayton Dawe, Cal Quantrill, Mike Morley, Jeff Baggaley, TJ Baker and Brock Beirness all wrapped up their spring break trip on the mound with solid performances. Middle infielders Robert Grilli and Turner Spears were outstanding in this game and all week, turning several double plays, including three in this tilt. The Terriers scored single runs in the first three innings of the game, then five in the fifth, four in the seventh and four more in the top of the ninth.
