Terriers Down Nj Blue Sox 5-1
After a 3-3 tie in game one of the 40 team East Coast Championships the Terriers bounced back with a very well played 5-1 victory in game two. Will Prowse got the start and was excellent through three innings of work.

Will struck out three, walked two and allowed just one hit. He left the game with a 2-1 lead. Trailing 1-0 in the third inning the Terriers tied the game when DH TY Makarchuk hit a two out single, advanced to second on a delayed steal and scored on a RBI line drive single by Nick Wideman. The Terriers made in 2-1 in the fourth after Joel Brophy singled to left, advanced to second on an Adrian Stellato sac bunt and then scored on a clutch two strike RBI double in the gap by second baseman Paul Gibson. Evan Hanoun then added an RBI of his own with a single to right, scoring Gibson. Right hander Brendan Fox came on to pitch the fourth and fifth innings, striking out two. The offense tacked on two more insurance runs in the sixth when TJ Baker and Joel Brophy scored. Nav Cheema easily recorded the final six outs, while striking out two. Game three goes Monday morning versus the Long Island Titans.
