Slugger Liam Wilson Is Off To Rocky Mountain State
Terriers third baseman Liam Wilson will be off to Colorado next August to attend Northeastern Colorado College.

Liam's scholarship puts him on a Plainsmen roster that finished on top in the Empire Conference this past season. Their highly competitive NJCAA Division 1 schedule takes them through Nevada, Kansas and Nebraska. Northeastern is located 125 miles from Denver in Sterling Colorado and was established in 1941. Liam has a lot of thump in his bat and is also very solid defensively at the hot corner. His highlight as a Terrier came last summer at Texas Tech when he blasted three mammoth home runs in one day. He is also an outstanding team mate, leading by example with a gritty attitude and desire to play at the highest level game in and game out. Liam will be studying History and Pre-Law at NE Colorado. The entire Terriers organization congratulates the Wilson family on Liam's ongoing success and this scholarship.
