Slugger Nick Dimpfel Commits To Ne Colorado
Terriers power hitting catcher Nick Dimpfel committed to the Northeastern JC Plainsmen this past week. The Plainsmen are one of the top D1 programs in Colorado's NJCAA's Empire Conference. Nick is a graduate of Richmond Hill bantam baseball. He has hit in the heart of the order since joining the Terriers two and a half years ago. He has racked up countless RBIs and has hit several mammoth home runs over that time.

Nick was also a big part of the 17u Terriers World Series Championship in Nashville two summers ago. He caught four games that week, including the championship winner. Northeastern is located in Sterling Colorado and is the largest two- year residential college in Colorado. The Plainsmen will open their 2013 schedule in Las Vegas. We wish Nick continued success, and congratulations to he and his family on this scholarship.
