Sr's Down St. Lawrence College
The Terriers SR Blue team got in the win column with a 6-2 win over the St. Lawrence College Lions on Sunday afternoon. Credit the win to starter Matt Beaton who went three innings, striking out four along the way. He allowed just one hit.
In the top of the second the Terriers took a 2-0 lead on runs by Toby Handley and Pat Coughlin.
The Lions bounced back to tie the game in the fourth, but the Terriers answered back with the go ahead run in the fifth, then three more in the sixth.
Liam Wilson, Joel Brophy and Geoff Seto all had hits during the rally.
Lee Condon, Justin Carroll and Jacob Krieger- Hughes rounded out the pitching on this day.
