Terriers Blue Advance To Semi-Final In Can-Am Classic
By defeating the Rochester Raptors 13-0 on day two of the tournament the Terriers Blue advanced to the semi-finals of the tournament facing the WNY Roundtrippers.

Unfortunately, the final day of the tournament was canceled due to rain. Matthew Vollmer led the team offence against the Raptors by going 3-3 including a double, reaching base four times and scoring three runs. Elliott Curtis, Drew Dickerson, and Ricardo Marin had two hits a piece while Sharan Rasan, Mitchell Bond, Drew Valade (triple), Dalton Harvey and Nick Dunningtion chipped in with a hit each. Robert Wilson threw five innings for the win, striking out eight while only giving up one hit. In Friday’s opener against Buffalo Magic, Terriers Blue came away with a 1-1 tie in a pitcher’s duel. Dalton Harvey and Drew Valade shared the seven innings on the mound giving up the sole run and 3 hits while striking out eight Magic hitters. The lone Terriers run was scored in the second inning when Drew Dickerson led off with a walk , advanced on a passed ball and scored on a single by Ricardo Marin.
