Luke Tevlin Commits To Bu Bearcats
Terrier's shortstop Luke Tevlin will be off to Binghamton University to play baseball for the defending America East Champion Bearcats. Luke is the first Terrier in the 2014 class to commit to a US university. He will be studying with an interest in Business and Liberal Arts at BU. Luke has worked very hard on and off the field, and has certainly earned this great opportunity to play NCAA Division 1 baseball.

Over the past two years he has improved his game both offensively and on defense. Very good natured, but fiercely competitive, Luke's work ethic and desire to learn has impressed everyone within the Terriers organization. He also impressed the BU coaching staff on several levels throughout the recruitment process. The Bearcats have qualified for the America East tournament six of the past seven years. They won the regular season title four straight times between 2007-10, and also sport a beautiful new baseball field nestled at the north end of their scenic campus. Luke is an excellent student and has won awards in Math and Physics in high school. Luke will also be receiving a School Letter for his involvement in the community in Athletics, Academics and Music. Congratulations to the Tevlin family and continued success to Luke in all his academic and baseball endeavours.
