Stefan Markovic Off To Siena Heights University
Congratulations to the Markovic family and their son Stefan who recently earned a scholarship to Siena Heights University in Adrian Michigan. The Saints play in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference- NAIA.

They are currently 6-6 this season and just wrapped up a spring tour through Kentucky, Georgia and Florida. Stefan has been with the Terrier program for the past two seasons. He is a solid defensive second baseman that went 6-8 at the Midwest Championships at Indiana University last summer. Stefan also works very hard away from the field. He can be found power lifting in the weight room on a daily basis. Established in 1919 as St. Josephs College, it was renamed in 1939 to Siena Heights college then eventually to Sienna Heights University in 1998. The campus is home to 2200 undergraduate students and sits on a 55 acre bluff overlooking downtown Adrian. Best of luck to Stefan as he continues to prepare for university life at Sienna Heights.
