Macdonald's 3 Homers Pace Srs
After taking both games on Saturday by scores of 9-2 and 10-7 over the Ontario Yankees, the Terriers were back home on Sunday riding a thirteen game spring league winning streak. This game was highlighted by catcher Kyle MacDonald's big bat and eight strike outs by righthander Sammy Turcotte. The Terriers grabbed an early 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first when Grant Okawa was hit by a pitch, eventually scoring on a Luke Tevlin RBI double.

Luke had two hits, two RBI and a stolen base in what would end in a 7-3 Terrier win. Big left handed hitting Kyle MacDonald took the game over offensively from the third inning on, smashing three home runs for five RBI. Kyle is off to Division I JC powerhouse Crowder College in August. Daito Kojima, Nathan Lewko and Zarley Cina all had base hit singles in the victory. Tyler Valiquette came on to pitch the sixth and seventh innings. The SR Terriers are 14-1 in league play.
