Juniors Split With Outlaws
In the opener of the four game series, the Junior Terriers used effective pitching, solid defence and timely hitting to defeat the Outlaws 5-1.

Ethan Jodouin drove in three of the five runs with a single and double while Joey Moher drove in the other two runs with a single in the fifth inning. Jack Omstead and Cameron Mahler contributed with hits of their own including a double by Mahler. Alex Wall threw his fourth complete game of the season striking out seven batters while allowing just one earned run. In game two, the Terriers fell behind 10-1 early in the game but battled back with two runs in the sixth and five more in the seventh. With two men aboard in the last inning Justin Wamboldt hit a towering fly ball to deep left center field but it was tracked down by the centre fielder and the comeback fell short by inches. Sunday’s double header was postponed due to rain.
