Six Terriers Return From Oklahoma
The Junior Sunbelt Classic, held each year in McAlester and Wilburton, Oklahoma is one of the top 17U tournaments in North America.
Featuring two all star teams from Oklahoma and one each from Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, Texas and Canada, the Junior Sunbelt features some of the best 17 year olds across the country. The 8 day, 10 game tournament saw upwards of 50 college recruiters as well as scouts from Major League Baseball attend this year's event.
Six Terriers represented Canada this year with Elliott Curtis and Sam Turcotte each making their second appearance. Joe Tevlin, Ethan Joduin, Ryan Gibberson and Willie Hotta were first time selections.
