Seniors Lose 7-6 In Cincinnati
The 18U Dinger Wood Bat World Series has come to an end for the 18U Terriers after dropping a one run game to the All Pro Stars.
RHP Kyle Scobel pitched 4 2/3 innings before giving way to lefty Tyler Riehl.
Jake SIms, Elliott Curtis and Grant Okawa led the offense with two hits each with Sima and Curtis contributing doubles. Jake Foden and Drew Dickerson chipped in with hits of their own.
Both the Junior and Senior Terriers make the drive south to Mucis City Nashville, TN for the Sandlott World Series where they are two time champions (18U in 2006 and 17U in 2011). Pool play begins on Wednesday morning at the beautiful Oldtimers Facility at Shelby Park just outside of downtown Nashville.
