Rhp Ben Abram Gets The Call From Team Canada
Submitted By Dan Thompson on Wednesday, September 23, 2015
After a fantastic spring and summer and two dominant outings at the T12 this past week, Ben Abram got the call to join Canada's Junior National Team today. Ben's hard work and determination has impressed the Terriers coaching staff and has also set a great example for all players in the program. ‎The entire Terriers organization would like to congratulate Ben and his family on this tremendous accomplishment.

Ben was the ace of the Terriers 16u staff this past year, consistently mowing down the competition. In addition, he had the opportunity to travel with the Terriers 17u club this past summer then jumped on board with the 18u squad in August. Ben will travel to Orlando Florida with Team Canada in early October. He will get the opportunity to compete against pro hitters ‎from the Fall Instructional League at ESPN's Wide World of Sports Complex. The JR Nats have games scheduled against the Houston Astros, Atlanta Braves, Washington Nationals and NCAA powerhouse Stetson University. Best of luck Ben!
