ALEX WALL'S CG PACES SR TERRIERS - College of St. Rose Alex Wall allowed just two hits through seven innings‎ and the Terriers rolled to a 6-2 win over the Northeast Pride (PA) in today's opener in chilly Albany NY. The offense struck early with a three first. Jack Omstead got things going with a double down the left field line‎. Elliott Curtis followed with a walk, then Joe Tevlin cashed in Omstead with an RBI single through the 5-6 hole.

Curtis made it 2-0 on an RBI ground out by Jacob Martins then Tevlin scored on Dreyden Sloat's RBI single up the middle. The Pride scratched for a run in the bottom of the second then the teams traded runs in the fourth. The Terriers run came on an RBI double by Reagan Manley, scoring Wyatt Hughes who had walked. Martins and Omstead were at it again in the fifth, both recording hits and scoring to round out the score at 6-2. Game two goes at 12:30pm.
