Senior Terriers Defeat Hialeah Warriors 6-1
The Senior Terriers gained their second win in as many days as they defeated the Warriors from Hialeah (a suburb of Miami) 6-1 in spring training action yesterday.

Willie Hotta started the game, went four strong innings allowing just one unearned run to garner the win. Wyatt Hughes closed the game throwing three shut out innings for the save. The Terriers opened the scoring in the second inning when Carter Seabrooke grounded out to second base with the bases loaded scoring Justin Wamboldt from third base. The offence exploded for four runs in the third inning. The Terriers took advantage of two errors and two wild pitches in the inning with the big blow coming from Elliott Curtis who singled in two runners. Ethan Jodouin, Reagan Manley and Jack Omstead all reached base on walks to set up the inning. Another run was added in the seventh inning when Curtis tripled to left centre field and later scored. The Senior Terriers conclude their Florida trip with a single game today at 5:00 p.m.
