Banner Day In Terrier Country

It was a great day for the Terriers organization. Fresh off Cal Quantrill being drafted 8th overall on Thursday night in the MLB draft, two more alumni were drafted today.
First baseman Bruce Yari was drafted by the Reds in the 24th round and center fielder Toby Handley was picked in the 33rd round by the Houston Astros.
Congratulations to Bruce and Toby.
In game action the 15u Terriers swep
t a pair from London by scores of 16-2 and 3-2.
In 16u action the Terriers took game one from the Royals 4-3.
Then in the 18u Terriers DH versus the Royals they came away with a pair of victories 7-5 and 18-4.
The 18u Terriers sit atop the PBLO with a 20-5 record and .800 winning percentage.
