Senior Terriers Sweep Royals, Elliott Curtis Has Incredible Weekend
After taking two games from the Royals on their home turf on Saturday, the Terriers completed the sweep on Sundaywith 4-3 and 4-1 wins. The double header was marked by two complete game performances on the mound by Wil Hotta in game one and Alex Wall in the nightcap. However, the star of the weekend was Elliott Curtis who had an incredible performance at the plate. Curtis went 13 for 15 (.867) for the weekend including eight extra base hits.

He belted out four doubles and four home runs to go along with four walks and five stolen bases. He also scored four of the eight Terrier runs on Sunday alone. In game one on Sunday, other contributors to the offence were Ethan Jodouin and Joe Tevlin who both singled while Ryan Giberson doubled in the third inning. In game two Jack Omstead, Ryan Giberson and Brandon Nieva all contributed singles to the Terriers offence. The Senior Terriers conclude their PBLO season Tuesday night as they travel to Ajax for a single game against the Yankees 17u team.
