Terriers Win Game One Of Pblo Round-Robin Playoff Format
The Senior Terriers defeated the London Badgers 8-1 in PBLO playoff action last night. Alex Wall threw a complete game striking out 7 Badgers while not allowing a walk and giving up just 3 hits to garner the win. The offence came alive in the second inning when Jack Omstead drove in Justin Wamboldt who had earlier walked. Wil Hotta then hit his second double of the game, followed by a walk to Joe Tevlin to load the bases.

That set the stage for Jacob Martins who drove a pitch to deep left field scoring all three runners. That put the Terriers up 5-0 and starting pitcher Wall took care of the rest of the game. Other contributors to the offence with base hits were Elliott Curtis, Ethan Jodouin and Reagan Manley. The Terriers continue today with two games against the Ontario Yankees and the Ottawa-Nepean Canadians.
