A Sad Loss For The Baseball Community
It is with great sadness we have learned of the passing of Murray Marshall. His passion for the wine industry was matched only with his passion for baseball. Having served as an MLB scout, he was a founder of the PBLO's Hamilton Astros and is a past President of Team Ontario. Murray was also at one time a coach with the Ontario Youth Team and served on the PBLO governors' committee.
Away from the baseball diamond Murray was a former Winery & Grower Alliance of Ontario Board member.
Over the course of his career he had held prominent positions with a number of Ontario wineries, and made many contributions to the Ontario wine and grape industry.
Murray was full of life and always had a story to share. He will be greatly missed.
