17U Terriers Split Pair In Cocoa
The 17U Terriers continue to play excellent spring training baseball combining great pitching with a relentless offensive attack that blends timely hitting and havoc on the bases. Game one today versus the CRFS Baseball Academy was a 7-3 victory led by Jamal Armstrong with three hits and Brenden McQuinn's two, including a double. Dylan Johnson also delivered a decisive RBI triple while Udhay Bal ripped a double and eventually scored.

Matt Kemp, Sawan Bhatnager and Max Von Gemmingen all chipped in with singles in what was the 17s fifth win of the spring . Right- hander Jordan Rapier got credit for the win, going four innings, striking out three along the way. Zach Bayfield hurled the final three and did not walk a batter. The tide finally turned in game two, a 10-4 loss, moving the 17U Terriers record to 5-1. They have one game remaining tomorrow night on Merritt Island.
