Ben Abram Goes Three Innings Versus O's
Terriers RHP Ben Abram is currently with Canada's Junior National Team in Florida.
Ben got the start on Sunday at the Baltimore Orioles spring training complex in Sarasota. Ben fired three innings against a roster made up of Orioles pro prospects. The Nats held their own on the pitching and defensive side but couldn't manufacture much offense and fell 3-0.
Team Canada will be in Florida until
April 3rd and have games scheduled against extended spring training rosters from the Detroit Tigers, Atlanta Braves, Philadelphia Phillies, Boston Red Sox and Toronto Blue Jays.
Ben is scheduled to pitch again on Thursday versus the Jays.
