Wake Tech Jc Hosts Sr Terriers
Submitted By Dan Thompson on Friday, September 29, 2017
The SR Terriers are spending the weekend in North Carolina and are facing some college ‎competition. On Friday night Wake Tech Junior College hosted the ‎Terriers at TING Stadium in Holly Springs NC. The Eagles came away with a 10-6 victory but several Terrier players had a great night on the picturesque stadium turf. The highlight of the night on the offensive side was a screaming homer to left by Ryan O'Halloran.

Dylan Johnson had three hits, two RBI‎ and scored twice. George Tsiflikioitis also had three hits and an RBI. Nick Parsons and Cristian Forgione had two hits each while Nolan Gallo and Brenden McQuinn each had one. On the mound Ian Godfrey hurled two innings, striking out two Eagles hitters. Tomorrow the Terriers will be hosted by NCAA D1 North Carolina Central at the home of the Durham Bulls in downtown Durham NC.
