Iron Man Evan Harrison Will Join Jayhawks
Submitted By Dan Thompson on Tuesday, March 27, 2018
If you had an entire roster of Evan Harrison's you would never have to question work ethic, dedication, loyalty‎ or desire, giving your team an opportunity to compete for victory game in and game out.

RHP Evan Harrison is also a tremendous teammate who will be taking all of those qualities to the Jamestown College Jayhawks later this year. Congratulations to the Harrison family on all of Evan's accomplishments. Evan has provided the SR Terriers with quality start after quality start for the past two seasons and unofficially leads the squad in innings pitched. He throws strikes and consistently pitches deep into games. ‎Evan has also been called upon several times to be the "go to guy " out of the bullpen and has had success in that role too. Jamestown Community College was founded in 1950 and was the first community college in the State University of New York system. The college has grown from an enrollment of 169 students to 3,500 as a multi- campus institution. ‎The Jayhawks boast excellent baseball facilities located on the picturesque Jamestown campus. On top of his heavy work load with the Terriers, Harrison has also come away with two ROPSSA and COBA baseball championships over the past three years. On the academic side, Evan has two Subject Achievement Awards and also garnered the highest grade in‎ Construction Engineering Technology last year. Evan will be studying Physical Education while working toward Kinesiology at ‎Jamestown.
