Submitted By Dan Thompson on Saturday, July 14, 2018
The 15U Terriers are competing in the Top Prospects Best of the Great Lakes tournament this week in Ann Arbor Michigan. Some games are being played at the beautiful NCAA University of Michigan Wolverines field. The Terriers got out of the gate with a 6-4 victory over the Motor City Hit Dogs, smashing nine hits in the win. Ethan Cane, Evan Farrell and Kawshik Murali all had two hits while Cameron Pollard chipped in with one.

Julian Russell had the game winning RBI. Andrius Jurenas fired six innings‎ on the mound, striking out three. Evan Farrell came on in the seventh to pick up the save. Game two was a 10-4 win over Windy City Baseball. The Terriers blitzed Windy City with 14 hits. Righthander Kawshik Murali went the distance for the complete game victory. Game three was a nailbiter but the Terriers did emerge with a 6-5 win over a very strong Michigan Bluejays squad. Rhys Montgomery hurled a quality six innings then was relieved in the seventh by Tyson Gomm who recorded the save. Ethan Magloughlin, Tyson Gomm, Julian Russell, Evan Farrell, Cameron Pollard, Tiago Gulino, Kawshik Murali and Andrius Jurenas all smacked hits in the big win.
