Brenden Mcquinn Commits To Eastern Oklahoma State College
Terrier's slick center fielder Brenden McQuinn will take his talents across the country to Eastern Oklahoma State College next fall. Brenden caught the eye of the Mountaineers coaching staff while competing at the JR Sunbelt Tournament this past June. He visited campus this past week and was awarded a scholarship by the Mountaineer baseball program. Congratulations to Brenden and his family on this achievement. Brenden is an outstanding defender.

He glides to fly balls in the outfield making difficult plays look easy. He is also blessed with a pin point accurate arm‎ , having nailed several opponents at the plate and on the bases over the past two seasons. The Mountaineers compete at the NJCAA D1 level. They notched ‎41 wins this past season, which tied the program's single- season wins record. Overall they were 41-15, 20-10 in conference play. They fell in the conference title game by a 7-6 score to Seminole State College. EOSC is located in Wilburton Oklahoma and was originally established in 1908. It is a public community college, offering associate degrees and certification programs. ‎In 2014-15 Brenden garnered the Canadian Martyrs Athletic Proficiency Award in addition to the Chin and Orr Ethics Award. Brenden will be studying Criminal Justice at Eastern Oklahoma State.
