O'halloran And Stremlaw Have Good Outings At T12
The sixth annual Tournament 12 wraps up today at Rogers Centre with the semi-finals followed by the final at 4pm.
In games on Sunday Terrier pitchers Connor O'Halloran and Michael Stremlaw got starting assignments and were good, but did not get any offensive support from their hitters.
Connor's start was for the Futures Team against Quebec. He went three innings, giving up just two hits. He struck out two and allowed one earned run.
The Futures Team eventually dropped the contest 7-1.
Michael was on the mound for Ontario Black in their game versus Ontario Green. He fired four innings, struck out three and left the game trailing 2-0. Unfortunately the bullpen could not keep the game close as Green came away with a resounding 8-0 victory. That loss eliminated Ontario Black from the tournament.
Semi- final number one pits Atlantic against Ontario Green, while the second semi-final has Alberta facing off against Quebec.
