Terriers Spotlight- 15U
The Terriers organization would like to welcome the new roster of Terrier prospects that have been selected to represent our 15U team! This exciting group of young men are already well immersed into the 2018 Fall Program, competing in 8 games and having been put to work at several high tempo practices. Manager Rick Johnston heads up a group of outstanding coaches that have excellent baseball backgrounds.

Chris Willins, Jeff Sharp, Jeff Lamont and Brenden Lang will all help this team on to what will be a fantastic baseball cycle that wraps up at the end of July 2019 in Ottawa. ‎The roster is made up of players that have come from ten different organizations, plus one returning Terrier. Lucas Roberts played with the blue and gold last year. Lucas pitches and plays first base. Brayden Makowich (INF), Jack Lamont (C), Jordan Woods (P/1B), Max Lanoue (3B/P) and William Yamka (LHP) are all Oakville A's alumni. Their squad was one o‎f the best COBA had to offer last season. Owen Sartor and Bryce Burgess-Whiting competed for the Guelph Royals last year. Both are slick athletic infielders. Bryce also pitches. Cameron Chee-Aloy and Nicolas Daoust bring a National Championship pedigree. Cameron and Nicolas won the Canadian title in Major Peewee last year with the North York‎ Blues. Cameron can play both outfield and infield while Nicolas plays on the infield and pitches. Catcher Hugh Pinkney comes to us from the Etobicoke‎ Rangers. He was a TBA All-Star this past campaign. Andrew Johnston is a versatile player from the West Toronto Wildcats. ‎Andrew can play both outfield and infield. He also pitches. Jack Duggan, formerly of the Georgetown Eagles where he picked up several MVP Awards will play both corner infield positions and pitch. Keegan O'Hearn hails from the Oshawa Legionaires, plays CF and will also bring it from the left side on the mound. Ryan Pelton from Orangeville and Ryan Carey from Halton Hills both won multiple MVP awards this past summer. Carey pitches while Pelton plays on the infield. Sebastian Mizner comes to us from Ancaster. He plays the infield and can pitch and catch. The 15s travel to Montreal this weekend for a four game set with Bouledogues d'Edouard-Montpetit. ‎Their fall schedule wraps up in mid October. That will be followed by the winter strength and conditioning program before baseball activities ramp up again for the 2019 spring and summer schedule.
