College Player of the Week: Sam Worthen
If the D'Youville University Saints have a lead late in the game, it's usually former Terrier right-hander Sam Worthen getting the ball.

Last week, Worthen picked up his fourth and fifth saves of the season.

In an 11-5 Game 2 win over Molloy, he threw three scoreless innings and issued three walks.

Back on the mound in Game 3, Worthen worked two innings and gave up one run on two hits. He walked two and struck out one in a 5-3 victory.

Over nine appearances this season Worthen owns a 2.25 ERA.
