Stunning $1.7M turf field complete with clay mound, pro step-down red brick dugouts

In May of 2012 the Terriers inked a long term partnership agreement with King's Christian Collegiate to become the primary baseball tenant at their new dual purpose athletic field dedicated to baseball and soccer.

The Terriers began play at the stunning 1.7 million dollar complex August 2013. The state of the art facility is centrally located just south of Highway 407, at the corner of Burnhamthorpe Rd and Neyagawa Blvd. in Oakville.
Kings_Christian_Pro_Style_Dugouts.jpgThe turf playing surface features a professionally sculptured clay mound, gorgeous red brick surrounding the perimeter of the field and spacious sixty foot long step down pro style dugouts. The baseball dimensions emulate Fenway Park in reverse, with the monster in right field!  Left field is highlighted by a huge electronic scoreboard complimented by "HOME OF THE TERRIERS" with the program's signature dog head  logo on both sides.
Our organization is very proud to be partnered with Kings because, not unlike the Terriers, King's Christian Collegiate promotes and strongly supports the academic and athletic aspirations of young student-athletes.
Along with their winter home at The Baseball Zone, this true "home field" is yet another step in the Terriers pursuit of providing the best possible program year round for it's current and incoming players. This ideal facility will enhance playing conditions for practices, games and tournaments.

We are grateful to King's Christian Collegiate for providing us with the opportunity to partner with them on this tremendous venture, and look forward to many years of fantastic Terriers baseball at this beautiful field.
About King's Christian Collegiate... King’s Christian Collegiate is known for providing highly effective instruction to students in unique circumstances. The highly skilled faculty is adept at accommodating individual schedules for musicians, artists and athletes – especially baseball players!  Students who miss regular in-class instruction can access course material through the King’s online academic community, and can have their test and examination schedules adjusted to work around practice and competition routines. King’s is a school that values its students and enthusiastically supports their individual needs. We look forward to a long and healthy association with King’s.
