College Player of the Week: Matt Brown
With their series against in-state rival the University of Central Florida tied at one, the University of South Florida handed the ball to right-hander Matt Brown.

Brown would work 4.2 innings before the Bulls decided to go to the bullpen. He allowed one run on two hits, walked two and struck out three.

Unfortunately for Brown and the Bulls, the one run would stand as the Knight pulled out a 1-0 win to take the series.

Through a pair of starts this season, Brown is 1-1 with a 1.86 ERA.
